Joe is a native of Lincoln County. A graduate from Stroud High School, Joe obtained a Bachelor's of Art Degree and then obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oklahoma School of Law.
Joe has been engaged in the private practice of law for nearly 25 years. Joe, his wife and children, reside in Chandler.
